The Object Management Group - OMG

AssistKD is a supporter and Influencing Member of the Object Management Group (OMG).

The OMG is an international computer industry consortium formed from the collective input of hundreds of companies and organisations, small and large, all of which are committed to the creation and setting of robust modelling standards.

An example of their work is the development of the Unified Modeling Language (UML), which has rapidly become a de-facto standard for systems specification.

UML modelling techniques and principles are applied, where appropriate, across the AssistKD course portfolio and specifically on the following courses:

• Systems Modelling Techniques with UML
• Object Orientated Analysis & Design with UML
• UML and UP Overview
• UML for Business Analysts

Courses are delivered by trainers who bring their substantial practical experience to the programme.
