Our Promise

Assist believes that participants on courses work best and learn most in small groups. For this reason, class sizes on public courses are limited to a maximum of twelve participants.

Assist course directors are practical users of the techniques and skills that they present, and are able to bring a 'real world' perspective to their courses.

Assist courses are designed so that participants practical problems can be explored and addressed.

All participants on Assist courses are treated with equality and respect.

Participants on Assist courses are encouraged to contribute their own ideas, views and practical experiences for discussion.

Assist courses have an emphasis on the use of practical techniques which are presented through the use of realistic case study exercises.

Assist course directors practise an interactive style of course delivery, not just presentation of lectures and slides.

Assist respects and works with the organisational cultures of our participants.
