BCS

The British Computer Society, which celebrated its 50^th anniversary in 2007, is the leading professional body for those working in IT. Membership now exceeds 50,000 people in over 100 countries. It is the qualifying body for Chartered IT Professionals (CITP).

The objectives of the BCS are to promote the study and practice of computing and to advance knowledge and education in IT for the benefit of society more generally.

Assist Knowledge Development is a major provider of courses and examinations that lead to ISEB qualifications. ISEB is the Information Systems Examination Board of the BCS
