Public Courses and Exams Cancellation and transfersMay be made without charge up to 4 weeks before the course start date. Assist Knowledge Development will endeavour to avoid changes of this nature and will advise the customer as soon as any such changes are known. eLearning PaymenteLearning course material will be available immediately after payment has been received.Cancellation Once the course has been activated by the customer it is deemed as consumed and can be cancelled but not refunded. A full refund can only be given if the course has not been activated and notification is received by AssistKD within 14 days of the purchase date.ExaminationsPlease contact our customer services team to book an examination. Passports Once you have completed the purchase of a passport you will receive an email which contains the discount codes to book the courses at no additional cost. Virtual or classroom coursesIf you have purchased any virtual or classroom courses, you will need to click the 'Select Date' link in the email and choose when you wish to attend each course. Then use the discount code shown next to the relevant course to complete your booking. The discount will reduce the cost of the course to £0.00 but you need to complete the check-out process fully.You do not need to select dates for all your courses immediately. eLearning coursesIf you have purchased any eLearning courses, you will need to click the ‘Select eLearning’ link to register for your course. Then use the discount code shown next to the relevant course to complete your registration. The discount will reduce the cost of the course to £0.00 but you need to complete the check-out process fully. You should select the ‘+ Exam’ option.You will be sent a separate email with instructions on how to access your eLearning.
